To keep your Clay Tender earrings looking their best, please refrain from wearing while bathing or swimming. Keep safe from harsh chemicals.
Gently clean jewelry with a polishing a soft, lint-free cloth when needed.
Processing Times
The processing time for ready-to-ship orders has a window of 3 to 10 business days.
Custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks from order date to ship.
Shipping Times
Please allow for delays due to COVID-19. There is no guaranteed time frame for delivery, but the estimated shipping time is as follows:
- USA (domestic) : 1 to 4 weeks
- Canada : 2 to 6 weeks
- International : 3 to 9 weeks
Clay Tender is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure you use the correct address when placing an order.

Note: if you choose no tracking for your shipping, we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Flat rate shipping (untracked)
This option is for Clay Tender earrings only. If you purchase three or more earring sets, there will be no additional shipping charge!
- USA – $5 (most items shipped within the US come with a tracking number)
- Canada – $6
- Worldwide – $10
Note: These prices are only applicable for Clay Tender earring orders. If you check out any other items with this shipping option, your order will be cancelled.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ClayTender is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All sales are final. Please read description carefully before purchasing. Clay Tender tries very hard to capture each original handmade and make it as true to the object as possible.
Each piece is handmade and varies in color and shape.
